Customer service and support

Please note that we are closed on all public holidays and weekends.

Prices

We accept no responsibility for any errors in our quoted prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. At the same time, we assume no responsibility for out-of-stock items.

VAT and purchases abroad

Danish VAT is included in the price if the order is to be delivered to a European country. If you are based outside the EU, VAT is not added. EU VAT is automatically calculated at checkout when the shipping destination is selected.

UK VAT and import tax is included in all GBP prices.

Please note that for countries not based in the EU, you may have to pay import duties according to the local laws of your country.

We are unable to refund duties or taxes in the event that you return your item, as customs is a transaction between you and your local government.

Henry Archer cannot be held responsible for any liabilities on your package.

Delivery

All orders in Denmark are delivered through Post Nord. The delivery time in Denmark is normally 1-2 working days.

All international orders are delivered by DHL Express. See typical delivery times below:

USA: 3-4 business days.
EU: 1-2 working days
Non EU/US: 3-6 working days

Payment

We accept payment with VISA/VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay and PayPal.

The payment is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in US Dollars (USD) and include Danish VAT if you are resident in the EU.

We assume no responsibility for price errors and items that are sold out/discontinued.

When we receive your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.
We reserve the right not to ship the item in the event that our inventory of the item was incorrect when the order was placed.

If we are unable to deliver your order or part of it, we will contact you by email or phone and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, the amount is charged when placing your order.

All pre-order items cannot be canceled and cannot be returned upon delivery as they are made to order.

Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products purchased on henryarcher.com. The right of return is valid for 14 days from the day you receive your package and applies as long as the item is unused and in original condition, including watch, strap and manual.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of items if the plastic wrap has been removed and then reattached, or if the items have been used.

When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You are liable for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received the goods. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

When returning, you must ensure that the watch is securely packed in a package in its original packaging, including any filling of the package.

We must be notified of cancellation no later than 14 days after receiving the item, and from the cancellation you must return the item within 14 days. If the above deadlines are exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse returns.

If the returned item shows signs of damage or use, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the item to be exchanged is sold out, the money will be refunded automatically.

Please note that we cannot refund customs duties or taxes if you return your item, as customs is a transaction between you and your local government.

Henry Archer cannot be held responsible for any liabilities on your package.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way the goods work. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item is used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that when you cancel the purchase, you will receive only part or none of the purchase price depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the returned item at Henry Archer. In order to be refunded the full purchase price, you must therefore try the product without actually using it.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid for the goods you are returning, which is not limited in the right of withdrawal.
In the event of a loss in value for which you are liable, this amount is deducted from the purchase price.

By using the right of cancellation, all payments received from you will be refunded, excluding the costs of shipping to and from the country of destination, as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes. The payments will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date we have received the returned goods.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. By default, the refund is therefore returned to the payment card you used when ordering the item.

The refund is withheld until we have received the item.

Warranty

We provide a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects on the watch.

You must send your complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/error.

Contact customer service at hello@henryarcher.com or via our contact form so that we can assess your complaint and find the best solution to remedy the complaint.

Please attach a photo or video with your email so we have a better chance to investigate.

You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or receive a discount depending on the specific situation.

Packages sent cash on delivery are not accepted. In case of complaints, you are responsible for paying any transport costs.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse of the watch, improper use, lack of maintenance, damage from use or normal wear and tear (including patination of the strap), such as, but not limited to, the following:

Condensation caused by using the watch in water, steam showers, hot tubs, saunas or in rapidly changing temperature conditions.

Wear of the strap. The strap is made of an organic material that develops a natural patina. We recommend maintaining the leather with leather cream every 4 months. We recommend using a leather cream that is suitable for skin contact.

Broken date mechanism, caused by setting the date where the hands show a time between 21:00-03:00, which is explicitly warned about in the manual/FAQ. Read more in the "Setting the date" section here.

Damage caused by shocks/impacts against the watch.

Using the watch at less than -20℃ or more than +45℃.

Force majeure

We have the right to claim force majeure in the event of war, war events, civil war, virus outbreak (and subsequent quarantine measures), revolution, state sanctions, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disasters or the like. This means that the agreement must be fulfilled neither in whole nor in part. Should this happen, contrary to our expectation, we will try to notify you as soon as possible.
