SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

All international orders are delivered by DHL Express.

Please find typical delivery times below:

US: 3-4 working days.
EU: 1-2 working days
UK: 1-2 working days
Non EU/US: 3-6 working days

Orders can be paid for using the following payment methods:

Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

We offer free shipping for all watches.

For pre-orders, the amount is charged when placing your order.

All pre-order items cannot be canceled and cannot be returned upon delivery as they are made to order.

Returns

All items may be returned risk-free within 14 days of delivery.

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products purchased at henryarcher.com.

This policy is valid for 14 days starting from the day you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, which includes the watch, strap, manual, and original plastic wrap on the caseback and bracelet.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of items if the plastic wrap has been removed and then reattached, or if the items have been used.

When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You are liable for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

When returning, make sure the watch is securely packed in a parcel in its original packaging, including any filling in the parcel.

We must be notified of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the item, and from the cancellation, you must return the item within 14 days. If the above deadlines are exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

If the returned item shows any signs of damage or use, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the item to be exchanged is sold out, the money is automatically refunded.

Please note, that we are not able to return any duties or taxes in case you return your item since duties are a transaction between you and your local government.

Henry Archer cannot be held responsible for any duties applied to your package.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer payment with VISA, VISA/Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MobilePay (Danish Customers only), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Warranty

We provide a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects in the watch.

In case you have a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at hello@henryarcher.com or via our contact form so that we can assess your complaint and find the best solution to remedy the complaint.

Please attach a picture or video with your e-mail so that we have a better opportunity to investigate.

You can have the item repaired, exchanged, money refunded, or receive a discount depending on the specific situation.

UK VAT and import tax

All orders to the United Kingdom include VAT and import fees. There are no additional costs when importing to the United Kingdom.
