Designed in Denmark
Every Henry Archer watch is designed in Denmark, where we focus on creating original, high-quality designs deeply rooted in Danish traditions.
Our design process involves crafting every component of the watch from scratch: dials, hands, indices, cases, bracelets, and even gaskets are bespoke and tailored to our vision.
This meticulous attention to detail ensures that the design remains coherent, with every part of the watch seamlessly complementing the whole.
The only non-custom component in our watches is the movement, sourced primarily from Japan’s Miyota, a subsidiary of Citizen Group - a company with nearly a century of expertise in crafting high-quality, reliable movements.
Focus on quality
The majority of our components - cases, dials, hands, and sapphire crystals - are then produced and assembled in Hong Kong, with a trusted partner - a partner who also manufactures parts for several well-known Swiss and European brands.
The luminous used for our watches comes from Switzerland (from RCI Tritec also known as SuperLuminova). On most models we use the extra powerful BGW9 X1 grade, which has a longer afterglow compared to normal BGW9.
Final testing
QUALITY CONTROL
Once the watches are assembled, every single piece undergoes final waterpressure testing and subsequent quality control in Denmark before being shipped.
As a Danish-owned and -operated company, we take pride in handling the final stages of production ourselves, ensuring the quality you expect.
Matters
The watch industry relies heavily on global collaboration, and we embrace this reality.
Many "Made in" labels are more about perception than reality, often obscuring the fact that components often come from the very same trusted suppliers we use.
As a Danish-owned and operated company, we believe trust is earned through honesty and dedication.
We take pride in delivering timepieces that reflect our values: design rooted in Danish traditions, craftsmanship supported by global expertise, and a transparent production process you can trust.
