Customer service and support

Please note that we are closed on all holidays as well as weekends.


We accept no liability for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. At the same time, we accept no liability for items being sold out.

VAT and purchases abroad

Danish VAT is included in the price if the order is to be delivered to a European country. If you are based outside the EU, no EU VAT will be added.
EU VAT is calculated automatically at checkout when the shipping location is selected.

Please note for countries that are not based the in EU or US you may or may not have to pay import taxes according to the local laws in your country.
We are not able to return any duties or taxes in case that you return your item, since duties is a transaction between you and your local government.

Henry Archer cannot be held responsible for any duties applied to your package.

Note for UK customers: All orders placed after December 8, 2023, will include UK VAT and import taxes. There are no additional fees when importing to the UK.


All orders in Denmark are delivered through Post Nord. The delivery time in Denmark is normally 1–2 working days.

All international orders are delivered by DHL Express. Please find typical delivery times below:

US: 3-4 working days.
EU/UK: 1-2 working days
Non EU/US:
 3-6 working days

We accept payment by VISA/VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay and PayPal.

We accept no liability for pricing errors as well as items being sold out/discontinued.

When we receive your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.

We reserve the right to not send the item in the event that our stock level on the item was incorrect when the order was placed.

If we are unable to deliver your order or any part of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, as well as give you the option to cancel your order.


For pre-orders, the amount is charged when placing your order.

All pre-order items cannot be canceled and cannot be returned upon delivery as they are made to order.

Returns policy

We offer a 14-day right of return on all products purchased at henryarcher.com. The right of return is valid for 14 days from the day you receive your package and is valid as long as the product is unused and in its original condition, including the watch, strap, and manual.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of items if the product has been used, this includes if the plastic wrap has been removed and then reattached, or if the items have been used.

When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You are liable for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

When returning, make sure the watch is securely packed in a parcel in its original packaging, including any filling in the parcel.

We must be notified of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the item, and from the cancellation, you must return the item within 14 days. If the above deadlines are exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

If the returned item shows any signs of damage or use, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the item to be exchanged is sold out, the money is automatically refunded.

Please note, that we are not able to return any duties or taxes in case you return your item since duties are a transaction between you and your local government.

Henry Archer cannot be held responsible for any duties applied to your package.

The item’s condition on return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s character, properties, and the way in which it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical shop.

If the item is used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase price depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt of the returned item at Henry Archer. Therefore, in order to receive a refund of the full purchase price, you must try the item without actually using it.


If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid for the items you return and which are not limited in the right of cancellation.
In the event of a loss of value that you are liable for, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

By using the right of cancellation, all payments received from you are refunded, excluding the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. The payments will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date we have received the returned items.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. By default, the refund is therefore returned to the payment card you used when ordering the item.

The refund will be withheld until we have received the item.


We provide a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects in the watch.

You must send your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect/fault.

Contact customer service at hello@henryarcher.com or via our contact form so that we can assess your complaint and find the best solution to remedy the complaint.

Please attach a picture or video with your e-mail so that we have a better opportunity to investigate.

You can have the item repaired, exchanged, money returned, or receive a discount depending on the specific situation.

Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted. In case of complaints, you are responsible for paying any transportation costs.

The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the watch, misuse, failure to maintain it, damage through use, or normal wear and tear (including patination of the strap), such as but not limited to following:

  • Condensation caused by using the watch in water, steam showers, spas, saunas, or in rapidly changing temperature conditions. 
  • Wear and tear of the strap. The strap is made from an organic material that develops a natural patina. We recommend maintaining the leather with leather cream every 4 months. We recommend using a leather cream that is suitable for skin contact.
  • Broken date mechanism, caused by setting the date when the watch hands show a time between 21:00–03:00, which is explicitly warned of in the manual/FAQ. Read more in the section “Setting the date” here.
  • Damage caused by impacts/blows to the watch.
  • Using the watch at less than −20 ℃ or more than +45 ℃.

Force majeure

We have the right to claim force majeure in the event of war, war events, civil war, virus outbreaks (and subsequent quarantine measures), revolution, state sanctions, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disasters, or similar. This means that the agreement does not have to be fulfilled in whole or in part. Should this occur, contrary to our expectation, we will try to notify you as soon as possible.
