HEAR IT FROM THEM
One of our slimmest watches to date
Just 10.5 mm
With its rounded lugs and the ultra-comfortable bracelet options, AKVA follows the contours of the wrist, resulting in an elegant and classic appearance. Additionally, the built-in quick-release pins allow you to easily switch the bracelet with a rubber or leather strap, providing a completely new look.
We have worked hard to create a visible contrast between the polished and brushed steel on the watch. This can be seen along the sides of the watch, where the lugs are beveled in a highly polished, shiny finish, and the crown and bezel share the same rifled finish for optimum grip.
The circular crown has been designed with a contrasting colored insert that complements the hue of the dial.
AKVA is driven by the ultra-slim premium Japanese Miyota high-beat 9039 automatic movement.
The 9039 movement boasts a 42-hour power reserve, a high-beat frequency of 28,800 BPH and is a true "no-date" movement, and thus the crown has no "ghost-position" for easy and quick time adjustment.

OUR DNA
form follows function
Our design philosophy is rooted in the 1920’s “Bauhaus” design philosophy, where form follows function.
To this very day these are keywords that are the pillars of the world famous “Scandinavian minimalism” that has influenced architecture and many other industries around the world.
In our view, a great design comes from using clean lines and pure geometric forms.
All of the above allows the design to “breathe” and bring out the surface finishing and materials used.
Did you know…
In our opinion, a great design is not purely limited to aesthetics.
That is why we only use high-quality materials, such as sapphire crystal, in our products– instead of cheaper and less durable alternatives, like mineral glass.
We are a small family-run Danish micro brand with a global reach.
Our passion is to bring something new to the table - to create timepieces with a unique aesthetic, solidly rooted in our Danish design heritage.
We often say “We do not do homages” and it is a rule we live by every day in our design disciplines. We strongly believe in order to bring something new to a century old industry, we genuinely have to think outside the box: whether that being new dial layouts, case shapes, materials or manufacturing methods.
